Backend AI infrastructure for CV parsing and candidate matching on a hiring platform.
VER runs virtual hiring events, so matching between candidates and roles has to be fast, structured, and accurate before anyone joins a room.
I built the AI infrastructure behind that: parsing CVs into structured candidate data, then matching that data against role requirements, integrated into the platform's existing backend.
